Frequently Asked Questions

We often receive
questions about our
services.

  • Classification of motor parts?

The classification of motor parts can probably be categorized according to the components of the motor, which can probably be divided into motor stator, motor rotor, stator windings, motor shell, end caps, motor wind blades, bearings and other parts of the composition.

  • What are the inspections needed for motor parts?

The working surfaces of motor components must be smooth, free from burn marks, scratches, or any other defects. The surfaces must not have any rust or oil residue. The insulation and external connections of the motor components must be correctly installed and properly coated.

  • Motor manufacturer assembles parts for motors

Motor fittings refer to the original motor parts assembled by the manufacturer. When these parts become damaged due to improper use or wear and tear, they are replaced by what we call motor fittings. In general, the lifespan of these accessories is shorter than that of the original parts. Motor fittings can typically be divided into five main categories.
